This publication aims to be readable and navigable by everyone, including people using assistive technology.
What this site does
- Semantic page structure with one top-level heading per page.
- A "skip to content" link and full keyboard navigability for menus and forms.
- Text contrast meeting WCAG 2.1 AA in both light and dark themes.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images are ignored by screen readers.
- Content remains readable when text is zoomed to 200%.
Known limitations
Some archived legacy articles were imported from an older platform and may contain formatting inherited from the original source. We correct barriers as they are identified.
